Paige Blazina, OTD, OTR/L, is a highly-skilled and compassionate occupational therapist who treats patients of all ages. With experience in skilled nursing facilities, Paige brings extensive expertise and a compassionate approach to her work.

A native of Ottumwa, Iowa, Paige earned her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in biology and her Doctor of Occupational Therapy from St. Ambrose University.  She has a strong interest in orthopedics and is actively working towards earning her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification. Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with her son and family, as well as following sports—particularly the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs. In her free time, she loves to golf.
