Dr. Lili Wells, PT

Lili Wells has been caring for the Fairfield community for more than 20 years. A graduate of De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Des Moines University. She serves as the Clinic Manager at RehabVisions-Fairfield.

Lili is certified in Lymphedema, Dry Needling, Pelvic Health and IASTM with special interest in aquatic therapy, vestibular/balance issues, orthopedics, pain management and other modalities. She works closely with her patients to provide individualized treatments that optimize health, recovery and performance.

Dr. Zachary May, PT

A native of Mount Pleasant, Iowa, Zachary earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois after receiving his Bachelor of Exercise Science from Central College in Pella, Iowa. He is also certified in Vestibular Physical Therapy.

Zach’s athletic background as a college wrestler and National and World level powerlifter — combined with his experience as a personal trainer and physical therapist in rehab settings — developed his core competencies for helping his patients with injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time on the water. Zach and his wife Katelyn are parents to Maddox, who keeps them busy and entertained.

Elizabeth Labadie, OT

Hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska,  Elizabeth earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from College of St. Mary.

As a provider of quality patient-centered care, Elizabeth has experience working in outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing facilities with pediatrics and geriatrics. She is certified in Therapeutic Listening Therapy.

With a focus on providing compassionate, ethical care for all people, particularly those who are vulnerable to compromised health and quality of living, Elizabeth enjoys working with people across the lifespan, with a special interest in orthopedics.

Beth Laws

Originally from Washington, Iowa, Beth brings several years of clinical office support as RehabVisions’ administrative assistant.

As the first face our patients see at the clinic, Beth strives to make each patient experience as stress-free and pleasant as possible from beginning to end.

Beth is mother to three adult children. She resides in Brighton with fiancé Tom and their three dogs.
